Stephen Kelly is a hospitality professional with over 44 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, bringing a passion and dedication to every project he undertakes.  His vast knowledge of hospitality has been built from hands on experience within the many facets of the hospitality sector. With experience in many senior management roles across different sectors of the industry including hotels, catering, restaurants and resorts, Stephen has in-depth operational experience that enables him to offer effective solutions to all aspects of hospitality operations and strategy. 

As principal of Hospitality Management Australia, Stephen drives the consultancy to provide practical, efficient, commercial returns for clients, providing strategic and operational advice, often mentoring a manager or business to cement future business growth with the implementation of benchmarking protocols and key performance strategies.
